These shoes are simply incredible! Real museum pieces in excellent condition from the 1930s designer Antonio Di Pietro, from La Gioconda Shoe Manufacturing Co. Born in Italy in 1910, Di Pietro immigrated to Montreal, Canada, around 1930 to work in his uncle AD Sebastiani's shoe factory. A pair of La Gioconda magnificent shoes can be found at the Mc Cord Museum in Montreal ( These are stilettos, with a magnificent style in matt white leather and black varnish, with a delicate embossed leather pattern and a bow on the top. The interior and sole are also made of leather - in addition to the company logo, you can read "Prize Medals La Gioconda" highlighting the awards received by the company. There's also a pen writing with a reference and price (see picture 7). Italian made. Little used and very clean. For collectors or lovers of unique and rare fashion pieces.
