PROCEDURE

For an exchange, the item must be returned within a maximum of 15 working days after receipt,
in original condition and unworn, washed or used, and with all tags.
Transport or shipping costs are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for packages lost or sent to the wrong address. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
