Your satisfaction is my priority.
To make your shopping online easier, you will find on each of my product pages detailed characteristics
and information on the origin and condition of articles. Please read it before your purchase to ensure that they meet your needs.
In case an article does not meet your expectations, only exchanges or credit notes are accepted.
In this event, please contact me as soon as possible. The item must be returned within 15 working days after receipt,
in the original condition and unworn, washed or used, at the CLIENT'S EXPENSE.
In the following cases: personalized products, special orders, jewelry, body care products, intimate items,
underwear, room fragrances, sheets, items on sale or items damaged by normal use,
there will be no return possible.
Items returned scratched, incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the Customer, are not returned or refunded.
If you need additional information or photos on one of our articles, do not hesitate to ask us before buying.
Moreover, although we are working to capture the colors the more faithfully possible,
please note that variations may occur, depending on the monitor you are using.
NOTE THAT IN NO EVENT SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE REFUNDED
GUIDE TO VINTAGE CONDITION
All my vintage items have been carefully selected for their style, quality and excellent condition, then inspected and cleaned one by one before going on sale. You will find products from the 1920s to the late 80s, and sometimes even antique, all carefully crafted with quality materials by qualified personnel. These products have a history and have crossed the time. They have been cherished and treasured, and their quality is a guarantee of many years of service to your satisfaction, provided you take as much care as their previous owners.
Whether sold as is or upcycled, it may be that, given their vintage origin, they have some imperfections.
This is what gives them their unique character. Items are sold as is.

NOTE CONCERNING VINTAGE FASHION ARTICLES
Vintage and antique clothing and accessories are often made from materials and techniques that require special care and maintenance.
To maintain their good condition, be sure to follow the instructions on the label, when available, or wash and store them with care.
We take care to describe the items as accurately as possible, and any imperfections that may affect the presentation of the product
are mentioned in the Condition section.
MINT: The item is or appears to be unused. Sometimes tags or original packaging are present.
EXCELLENT: The item has been used but has no significant flaws.
VERY GOOD: The item has been used; has minor flaws that do not detract significantly from the item's appearance or usability.
GOOD: The item has been used and shows normal signs of age or use.
FAIR: The item is visibly used but still has redeeming qualities and with some minor repairs may be restored to a better condition.
For an exchange, the article must be returned within a maximum of 15 working days after receipt,
in the original condition and unworn, washed or used, and with all labels.
Shipping or shipping costs are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be sent prepaid. Please include a note explaining the reason for your return.
We are not responsible for lost packages or sent to the wrong address. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We advise you to return the merchandise to us by post, and to possibly insure a coverage with the carrier
of the totality of the market value of the products, this being necessary in case of spoliation, breakage or loss of this merchandise by their services. This insurance remains the responsibility of the Customer and can in no case be reimbursed by La Fouineuse.
For any error on our part, La Fouineuse will make the refund by credit card within 10 days from the date of receipt of the package.
During an exchange due to an error La Fouineuse, we will send the new package within a period of 7 days, the return costs being at our expense. We reserve the right to change any policy without notice.
